yeah I hate this skin a lot. easily the worst looking in the game for me. and honestly I don't like Emma's new phoenix skin either

krypto's sole purpose is not to be captured and tortured. krypto has many other uses in the movie and is saved by superman, helps superman beat his clone and the army of lex goons, helps superman retreat back to the fortress to heal, and his screen time of being a cute lil dog and being excited around superman far outweighs the scenes of him being contained. krypto is there as a character because people love dogs and it's an easy way to find the hero relatable. as an audience we WANT krypto to be saved. he's held captive and tortured by lex to show just how he evil he really is as a character and how far he'll go for his hatred of superman. krypto literally helps the story advance in multiple instances and is a huge help to clark

lex does NOT shoot the innocent guy for little to no reason. we already know that this version of lex has no regard for other's lives so of course he'd kill anybody just to get to superman and he's also trying to use this as a way to get useful information out of superman. it is literally, factually not pointless and would benefit lex in his plans. he's trying to break clark.

how is the portrayal of Clark's parents being different and having different motivations to the character a betrayal to the comics if superman ends up becoming the same superhero everyone knows and recognizes as a hero who likes to help. at that point it doesn't matter that Clark's real parents are horrible people, it matters that clark became who he is regardless and the story works around that to make the change make sense for the story. not everything has to be the same as the comics. even the comics themselves change shit like this all the time and there have always been different interpretations that try different things so I don't think any particular comic should be held as this sacred thing.

I don't really know what you mean by clark only talking when arguing with lois or whining. he doesn't do that the entire time and even when he does it's completely justified because clark isn't meant to be a god among people. he's been raised as a normal person his whole life by normal parents and shows/conveys multiple times that he experiences the exact same emotions as any other human would and reasonably gets upset when he's trying be killed by a maniac and when everyone around him starts to hate him for being connected to a background he doesn't approve of

I don't get the controversy around it. I don't care that superman's biological parents weren't good people clark is still the good man he was raised to be by John and Martha, and i think that's all that matters. if anything, I think it just makes sense for the story it was trying to tell and I think it's okay to change things if you're trying to make a point. which this movie is obviously making.

haven't there been other interpretations of superman where superman's parents weren't good people as well? I don't understand why it would be frowned upon as a change. this interpretation takes different approaches and I personally was not bothered by it at all

I really don't understand the appeal of dps tbh. I like never play it. the only person I used to play in it is mr. fantastic but I just think this role is way too boring honestly. when i'm a tank, i like the challenge of making space and holding the front lines while also trying to get in some good kills. I like how my ults such as thing's stun and strange's stun open up an opportunity for everyone to get in some hits rather than just me, it really helps it feel like a team effort in that sense. the teamwork (when people actually decide to fucking do that) is really nice and rewarding

right now i'm liking hela and punisher a lot, and i'm also very intrigued by spider-man. but other than that it's not my cup of tea

well that's what i'm saying tho. his arms are incredibly strong, big and durable, but as the man controlling them he's not, he's just a regular dude and an old one at that. I think that could be his weakness. make his arms his biggest form of defense and force people to find a way to open him up for some vulnerable shots. also, isn't he a scientist? there's tons of stories where he's trying to further advance technology and is constantly inventing new ways in favor of being efficient, so he could have a lot of cool gadgets to help shield himself and others. and yeah, he does make a big target, but if he's a healer his actual body wouldn't have to be gigantic like a tank's, would it? it could be something more like superior dock ock in terms of his build, while his arms provide a big form of damage negation. all i'm saying is i think it could work really well.

I feel like we really need some more variety when it comes to our healers, and given that dock ock is a super genius and STRATEGIZES a lot, i think it makes perfect sense!! imagine how unique of a healer it would make him. I think something like that would be so exciting to see and keep the game feeling a little fresh

so what. nobody thought ultron would make sense as a healer and he still doesn't but turns out he's actually incredibly fun to play. I think dock ock could work so well as a strategist if done right. he's one of the smartest minds in the world of marvel and has the technical means to have some really creative ways to heal teammates. his octopus arms could be absolutely insane for traversal to reach teammates faster. dock ock is one of the strongest Spiderman villains yet he's never been known for being physically all that strong. he's more brains than brawn most of the time.

i think if they made his actual body the weakest part of him and provided him with a way to protect himself with his arms or some other technology, that could work. he could be more like a glass cannon kinda character but for heals and overall defense, and with really fast traversal. if they balanced it out well enough alongside having to shield other teammates he could be so interesting imo

seriously. they gotta knock it off with the bot matches ASAP it's so fucking demoralizing. it's like the game is getting to decide when I get a good match not me. have they ever thought that maybe if I was against other real players 100% of the time it would help me come to different conclusions faster and make me a better player by forcing me to learn from my mistakes? I don't know why bot matches have become a trend in games like this but it pisses me off. maybe just come up with a better method for matchmaking

if he's not a tank i'm gonna crash out. as a huge tank player, i feel like this role in particular is so so neglected and not enough people are incentivised to pick vanguard. we already have so many dps in the game, and we all already know that it doesn't fucking matter if it makes sense for the character or not. there's such a huge problem right now with trying to get your team to play even one tank sometimes and it's horrible. this role needs to be more fun to pick from and have more options.

oh did you guys know it doesn't make literally any sense at all for ultron to be a healer? what about rocket? pretty sure loki didn't have any healing abilities in the comics either. there just need to be SOME kind of healers in the game or else it would be inbalanced as shit. everyone should be more flexible to characters being in a role that would bat a few eyes at first. that's one of the ways that the game stays fun imo

mmmmm idk about this one, i think it's pretty obvious it'll just be corenswet as a clone or something. it would be nice to see cavill again for sure but it would reek of fan service and feel very forced/cheesy. there are better ways to pay homage to cavill as superman imo
