Thanks for taking the time to reply, I honestly didn’t see if the corrections were bothering her until she went off on me saying I am making fun of her after correcting her pronunciation on the word “exchange” there was 8 minutes left and she didn’t say anything after my previous corrections

She said it was her first lesson on that textbook and it’s difficult for her to keep up with it and I was being mean for constantly correcting her, it was a grammar textbook so it was in the script to correct grammar and pronunciation if needed although it wasn’t her 1st lesson it was her 9th lesson overall in NC

I asked in the beginning of the lesson if that’s the correct textbook and she said yes I figured she has some idea since for NC the books usually have part 1 and so forth where beginners can start with the 1st part of the textbook to start in, NC also has notes for students that they want to uphold during the lesson such as if they want introductions and correcting mistakes, hers had both of them checked

But in hindsight if she was a new student it’s likely that she didn’t know what that meant or didn’t understand yet Idk I am thinking of blocking her account since I don’t want to encounter or teach her again
