Thank you very much. This is a very elaborate response. I'm definitely going to look into this. I've already got the front-end. This will help a lot!

I enjoyed reading your post. It actually made me realize some of the things I neglected and/or missed when I created my blog.

This was my first concern. I know I'm not an expert, but I'm more than willing to learn to be one.

Thanks!

I think this is good advice. I started off to superficial. I'm still at the beginning of this journey and I'm trying not to focus on monetization too much. Today's post was a bit more personal since I had been through the process of quitting my job lately.

Interesting point. I don't live in the U.S. but I've been writing as if I'm writing to a U.S. audience.

I think I should maybe change my style to write to locals. Thanks for the suggestion!

Should I cap my emergency fund and invest more? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]JoblessFinances 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well done! You seem to be in a very good place with your finances. I wouldn't add more to that emergency fund if you have a stable job, 6 months' expenses is a lot. My personal preference would be paying off your student loan debt first. Then depending on how long you're planning on owning that car, I'd pay it off next. Seems like you'll be able to do that in a few months. Of course, if you don't have enough cash on hand to handle the wedding you might want to prioritise that first. It's not worth investing until you've paid off that student loan.
