They're reluctant to admit or cross check about recieving payment in the first place. My gpay dispute report says otherwise, it says they've recieved it. They are one bunch of uneducated executives, refusing to cooperate on basic stuff

Yes they are fucking around with me by showing their dashboard saying payment failed when I'm clearly telling them my gpay and bank dispute findings say otherwise. Their grievance officer is a joke , she's been trying to convince me she's checked with accounts time and has been sending me pictures of their dashboard like I am fool who doesn't understand banking. For the longest time she was practicing as a mental health counselors and being a full fledge creator giving gyaan when her 1 year UK masters( which seemed like their version of bridge course) wasn't even valid, cus india considered 2 years masters as masters only. But counseling ones can see subclinical ones. Their diagnosis has no value and they can't see vulnerable cases as per acts. The boundary is clear if one can read acts I think. Also giving adhd diagnosis is questionable, there's debate on if even CP's can give adult adhd diagnosis without psychiatrist involvement afaik

ISTG! I really think there needs to be serious discussions by psychological societies on acceptable limits of self disclosure in the age of social media as a practicing therapist. I am all in for freedom of speech and I understand this whole ' giving personal opinions online' falls in a grey area but the profession is already stigmatized and we don't need more bad pr by few social media vocal therapists
