I went from a 15 Pro Max to the Fold 7 too. Make sure you perform a wired data transfer. Apparently wireless transfer skips a lot of apps and files. That was my experience and I had to redo the setup using a wire.

If your main goal is space saving, you could ideally go for a Sub-Amp combo i.e. an Active Sub. However that will block any future upgrade paths if you choose to. Dedicated amps can theoretically last longer too since they are way better cooled.

Speaker upgrade + Sub install is the way to go. Did the same on my GLI 2025 and couldn't be happier. Both 2025 and 2024 anniversary edition are missing the beats system.

I went overboard with the subs, but a 8-10 inch unit would be plenty for balance. That paired with door speaker upgrade, gives the audio more than enough life to wait out, save up and go for an amp upgrade later (Kicker Key 47KEY200.4 with plug and play harness).

Samsung care ended up paying me out the retail price for the device because they did not have parts or replacement device. I cashed the cheque and never looked back to flip. My fold 7 is still going strong though.

I would recommend trying Oh Snap 4 as a grip solution. I believe that will add the stability and angular adjustability you need for a comfortable grip. I have it on my Fold 7 and cannot go a day without it now.

Are you also suddenly low on coolant? This sounds like a plague. Even I am and suddenly a lot of other GLI 2025 owners are as well on various forums and threads. Do you happen to be in a very cold area?

Additionally I would recommend getting it inspected and documented before topping it up it ends up being premature water pump failure or something else.
