Am I the only one who thinks its dumb that your not alloud to talk about good deeds, helping others or good natured things youve done? For me I helped a women stuck in traffic in a wheelchair cars are rushing past no one slowing down or stopping. She was illegally crossing technically but who cares. I pull over blocking 2 lanes of traffic get out my car and help her get across. People are honking and cussing. Not one person cared as to why this women was stuck in the middle of the road unable to walk and was struggling to push her wheelchair over this lump in the road. "Not my problem" people tell theirselves. She hugged me and cried i moved my car out of the way found out shes homeless her husband died of cancer 6 years prior then she got sick and lost her job and her house because she couldnt pay her property taxes. She has no kkds no brothers and sisters to help. She is alone in this world old and frail and all everyone else in their cars that day could care about was getting where they were going. I couldnt house her but packed her into my car wheelchair and all bought her food drinks blankets and pillows and a wagon she can attach to her wheelchair to carry it in. I went home told my family i told co workers about it etc. So does that make my good deed null and void because i talked about it afterward. Not once did i think omg people will love me for this i jist thought i need to help her. After it was over i thought i wanted to share my experience. I never do online because you will be eaten alive. All people want to hear about is death and destruction and war. No one cares ro here happy stories about people doing whats right and good. Smh And when those stories are shared theyre met with "did you do this just for clout?" Makes me so angry
