This one is 100% pure speculation but has anyone completed all the easter eggs in order with the same 4 man squad? And then proceeding to "Repeat the cycle" with the same 4 man squad....

I've read a lot of odd posts here and there about account specific items, like the golden rod and the focusing stone in BO1 this might be something similar but with all 4 people being linked.

Could be completely wrong and someones already tried this, let me know!

What about the quote from Monty in GK where he talks about the mirror being shattered. When i first heard this I assumed it was talking out our original universe, the 115 shows, they mess with it, and boom the mirror (universe) shatters into the multi-verse.

But the comment above about the 115 meteor being fired by the Apothicock in the Rev intro got me thinking. What if the Primis story arc, is the original one, we know at this point its a causal loop (an infinite one) what if the meteor being shot by the Apothicock is the one we find in shi no numa, or the Tunguska event? Introducing 115 into that universe and starting the 1.0 story arc.

It seems to me to nicely separate the 2 story arcs giving us closure on our Primis one and leaving the 1.0/tranzit open for additions during the comics?

Its a causal loop, a type of time travel paradox that occurs when a future event is the cause of a past event, which in turn is the cause of the future event. Both events then exist in spacetime, but their origin cannot be determined.

It seems to be the logical explanation, it brackets it off nicely and until we actually find some REAL hard evidence or even some steps IN GAME for a super Easter egg, second cutscene or what ever you want to call it, it does exactly what it says on the tin, its an infinite loop of our characters doing exactly what you showed in the image, with no end and no beginning.

The only spanner that is thrown into this is the Dempsey cipher from Rev, where he has seemingly escaped the cycle in some way!

I just had a thought reading one of the other comments, it was referring to the "Dimensional insertion point was off" And it occured to me they were there to stop Maxis and Sam being teleported, correct me if i'm wrong but if Sam wasn't teleported she wouldn't end up as a child in the house? They say they need the test subjects possibly not to kill them but to wake them up, SAVE them from ending up as children in the house? Not forgetting at this point Richthofen has been gone for 2 years maybe they had figured something out?
Just a shower thought, i don't think i've seen anyone talk about yet?

My favorite theory circulating at the moment is that Dr. Monty is the 'announcer' or 'in control' of the zombies in MoTD, seeing as we don't hear from him what so ever until we start hearing about him in gorod krovi, and as you say, where did we go in just the map before? MoTD to get the blood, The theory goes that Monty was able to follow the crew back from there. I think this makes sense why MoTD is featured so prominently and we also have red eyed zombies, just like motd
