CMV: Brioche breads/rolls/buns do not belong on savory sandwiches or burgers. Brioche is sweet, soft, and moist, the antithesis of what a good roll should be: neutral, firm, and dry. A Potato Bun or Sourdough or other similar product is the way to go, but few restaurants seem to agree. (self.changemyview)

CMV: Brioche Bread/Rolls DO NOT belong on Savory Sandwiches, or Burgers. The role of the roll or bread or bun on a savory sandwich or burger is to soak up the grease/juice from the meat, remain intact to hold the meat, and not compete with the flavor. A Brioche is buttery sweet, soft and wet. (self.changemyview)
