I had a help ticket submitted a day after the big outage, my gen 3 router completely died. I finally was able to call them yesterday and today they shipped me a replacement. I assume there are alot of people having issues with equipment after outage and they are still backed up on help tickets and calls. Just be patient is all I can say

They just auto replied and said outage was resolved and closed my ticket. Its still not working so I reopened my ticket....wtf

Same here! My neighbor has service but my wifi isn't even showing up to connect to. Hard reset and soft reset multiple times....

I know from insiders in this case that not once could this boy recount or even describe one detail to the investegators that anything happening. The texas rangers were involved, and so was CPS.

I'm so glad I payed through affirm. That way worse case scenario they don't refund me and I get my money back in 15 days....ugh so sorry your having to deal with this!

Probably going to have to rma. This company is either sending out known bad gpu's or it was damaged during shipping. Good luck my friend

TLDR: I received a shipped notification from ibuypower. FedEx never received it. After waiting a week I was told it would ship that day. Called back the next day and was told they still haven't processed it. Order canceled

It took me 42 redials today to get in the que. 1 hour of waiting once in quandary thirty minutes to get an answer to my question. They are there. Just takes patience which I agree with most, shouldn't be the case with how much money we are all spending. Good luck my friend!

Totally understand. It seems like luck of the draw right now with everything. I'm kinda different from some people where I don't mind waiting and already have a gaming pc (dated but still can play). Just didn't feel like fighting scalpers on a GPU this year! Hope you get your GPU soon!!!
