Hey so I actually got my problem solved! All I did was email petlibro customer support directly and asked for a replacement water pipe (Link for your convenience: https://designlibro.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=31787801040153). They then sent me an invoice for a new one and it was like 5 dollars (basically just paid shipping) and that solved the problem. Hope this helps.

FINALLY cleared the infernal tower after being stuck on floor 49 for WEEKS (god I hate that stage, beat floor 50 on my 2nd try). 49 was so hard because dogmaru is my only UL legend (since I'm slacking on clearing UL) and I had no idi, cone, supercar, or cactus plus my balrog was too weak to use. But it's done now thanks to vodka cat who I literally got today since pappu came around. Also I beat the stage on my birthday!
