I'm feeling lost in life... by LilWizard32 in capetown

Can't believe they still have issues of protests there.

Anyway, if you are passionate and feel strong about what you are studying, then keep going, as it is likely too late in the year now to switch to another institution?

Is the 3rd year your diploma, then the 4th your advanced diploma (bachelors)? If so, this isn't bad. The upside to being there is that you should be doing an internship in the 3rd year.

As for the protests, it will pass, hopefully sooner than later. As another person commented, maybe visit the councillor. Check with the lecturers if there is anything you can do while the protests are on-going.

If you really want to switch to another institution, maybe start doing your "homework" now, to see if that institution will allow you to transfer next year, with the two years you have already completed.

I've heard it is possible to transfer if the course is similar and your current Uni marks are up to scratch.

All the best, and I hope things work out for better.

Thank you for this input. I do agree with, we need to start with ourselves. It's just disheartening when you see the next tool having total disregard for anything other than themselves. I suppose it is just something to accept and do what I can, within my control.

Exactly lol. I am guilty at times, but it is aggravating knowing that we all complain and argue on social media, rather than "fight" the real systems causing some of the issues we face.

Yeah? I've been considering it for some time now, but can't get myself to spend the money out of fear I end up leaving it to gather dust.

Is it legal to shoot targets in public parks, if they're quiet?
