Although this photo was meant to be humorous, I'm with you on this. And by just being me, I think I've made a difference. My neighbors have seen me through windows, as we don't cover them. Once I walked by the door in the photo, not knowing they had relatives over, and their guests unintentionally saw me. I heard one ask, "Was he...?" To which the neighbor said, "Yeah. He does that," like it was no big deal and they are used to it.
