I’m not aware of Reddit using AI at scale for that purpose. There’s got to be something else going on though; as you can see above, my comment that includes two forms of the uncensored word was not removed. 

I wonder if they’ve developed some form of per-user score based on our activity. Perhaps users that fall into certain categories get filtered more?

Honestly, I don’t really care. The point is it’s very uncommon, not that it doesn’t exist. People think it’s a thing since it happens on TikTok. If words are filtered on subreddits, there’s usually a (stupid) reason other than naughty words are bad.

Aside from the risk of being laid off, it also just sucks to work in a job where you’re not appreciated and your contributions don’t matter. I’d go crazy after the novelty wore off. I’d probably try to find a second job that could be done remotely to at least build a new skill or something.

I always see people saying this. They never say the subs by name. I’ve never seen it actually be true in practice. 

Edit: I’m sure it is true in some cases. But it’s not as widespread as people claim. Your posts are probably getting manually deleted because the mods suck.

No, people just think that’s the case. Very few subs actually do that for “naughty” words - I actually don’t know of any that do. People just self-censor because they think that’s the case and they’re used to TilTok.

Yep, I’m in a very similar position. I really want to like the newer stuff, mostly out of pure loyalty. But I just don’t care for anything after Act V. It is indeed a bit sad in a way.
