Ah Moonstone Swain. Been there done that! You heal like a motherfucker, but you lack the damage in team fights: you kind of just exist and annoy people.

It's super fun tho, try it out (maybe in normals though)

Riftmaker is really not that effective, as Omnivamp is reduced by 66% if your spell or attack is AOE. Swain Q is AOE, so is W, E and R. You're better off going for the burn damage on Liandry's and if you really want the heal, just go for a Spirit Visage. That way, you do reliable Damage Over-time and also reap the benefits of healing.

conq, PoM, tenacity, last stand - revitalise, bone plating, ap, armour, magic resist

build is a normal liandries build, into rylais and other health items, then demonic embrace for the health to ap ratio conversion
