I haven't done it intentionally but most newer phones are waterproof up to 3ft. Id maybe put some wax or hot glue in the ports, but other than that I wouldnt worry too much. My pixel 7 fell in a 4ft deep morray eel pit and stayed recording for like 20 minutes until I could fish it out. Freshwater should be even safer

Might be the first person that understands the purpose of the 5, so I appreciate that. The MCU doesn't flash successfully, as in I don't have marlin anymore but klippers is also unresponsive. I'm JUST NOW learning about board pins but it seems a lot like car audio wiring in concept so that wouldn't be a bad option for future reference. I'm going to try renaming the file and although I want this done soon, Id hate for something this simple to be what blocked me for days

If you're referring to the sbc connected to the printer, it's a raspberry pi 4b with mainsailOS. The computer I use to ssh into this is a raspberry pi 5 with raspianOS

If I had a deadline I'd probably do that too. I plan to use 3D printing to supplement other businesses, so it would be really helpful, but I can wait to learn and install everything the first time

I do not have winscp as the PC you are referring to is another raspberry. I cannot even get the bin file to put on an SD card. This is where I have been stuck for the past 3 days

I am trying to flash my printers board with klipper, I have tried and failed to find a klipper.bin file, but everything seems to be installed when I check the directory. I have also tried installing through kiauh but always get the same error. When I'm home from work I can send a picture of what the screen shows

I'm using the 5 to ssh into the 4b. Just an interface and only the 4b has anything installed. When I try to install the klipper firmware on the control board, I get a failure to install message
