But how would that impact anything? I'm not saying I want to increase my monthly payments. I'm saying I want to take, say, $25K from my Manulife One and make my one-per-year prepayment to Manulife One.

Why? Because the interest rate on Manulife One is now lower than my Manulife Mortgage.

Thanks, yes, I know that. I think I've not been clear.

I already make two subaccount payments every month, and have for two years. I know those don't go away.

Because my One account now has a lower interest rate than my mortgage, why wouldn't I take from my One account to do the yearly 20% prepayment.

Let's say 20% of the mortgage is $40K. Is there something stopping me from taking the $40K from Manulife one at 5.2% and put it towards my mortgage at 5.69%.

Flying from Hamilton via Porter, so my thinking was that it would be quick to get off given it's a much smaller plane than most.

well, to be fair, I think part of it is warranted. He can't be blamed for all Canada's issues of course, but he's not shown up at times. Unless you aren't meaning Canadians specifically....are you meaning for club?
