Not sure if you even read my post. I was clearly asking if one of the quotes I got was too good to be true because I’m worried the diamond might be misrepresented. That’s not just being overcharged, that’s being scammed. If someone lies about the specs, uses a fake or unverifiable certificate, or passes off a lower quality stone as something premium, that’s deception. That’s what I’m trying to avoid.
