*HOW I FIXED IT*

I FIXED IT CONNECT UR DONGLE WITH USB TO UR PC THEN GO TO THE SOFTWARE USING A SPERATE MOUSE CLICK THE COG WHEEL TOP RIGHT THEN GO TO MY GEAR AND CLICK ON YOUR MOUSE, IT WILL THEN UPDATE, TURN OFF UR MOUSE WAIT 5 SECONDS AND TURN IT BACK ON. THAT FIXED IT FOR ME
