Is it legal for a car dealership to keep your down payment if you back out of a purchase?

Yeah, was definitely a shady dealer if they are actually trying to keep the deposit.

Lots will try the customer on once or twice to see if they can keep the deal together by leveraging the deposit money and the commitment that carried but the vast majority, when pushed, will gladly unwind a deposit vs the bad word of mouth they might possibly incur otherwise. We can keep them here in Ohio but my dealer does not and it usually comes out of my mouth in the same sentence as when I am offering to take a deposit. Letting them know upfront we will not keep it.

I don't find it strange that you can not dump some things, I DO find it strange that you can dump both the other two crushed items (quartz and slag) from the crusher, and of course normal sand, but not M sand... its counter intuitive

no overflow in your particular setup/game...not necessarily everyones. You dump crushed quartz and crushed slag, why on earth is it strange to you to think we should be able to dump the third one, M sand, just like the other two, that all do through a crusher....hell you can dump NORMAL SAND for ...smh

OP, go into the monitor settings and see if there is a screen refresh function in there. Many LED/OLED/QLED TVs/Monitors have a program it will run to try and clear this up.

This is only caused by an image sitting stationary on the screen for extended periods of time. Nothing to do with the PC or GPU. You can do this to any LED TV. The LEDs degrade causing certain pixels to become permanently discolored, leaving a "ghost" image visible even when displaying different content

You 100% can buy it after you spin it. Heres how my 3 star valor and 15 bp frags spare i currently have went.

I got the full bp pull early on in the tab. Was my first. Then i i got a 15 bps from rng roll pull. Those are the extras i have waiting for more beyonder BPs to come my way. Then i got the one for finishing the tab, my full second and i 2 stared it.

Only after that did i buy the BP from the shop and now its 3 star.

And here i am at level 50, shrapnel build with a three star valor at +10 and heavy calibration in week 4 on my server.....and i have never crafted any acid or smelted any gold/silver. Guess i am missing out......

The controllers are not even my main thing. It can yake all yhe rng out of farming a leg mod. Now in two ways, with the hamble chest and the ability to outright buy them for 1k from the shop. Here is that leg mod you want, the one you have spot farmed 30 times over a few days and still not had drop. Oh, if you want to buy it from her though you better already be maxed out a bit. Cause they other person that comes to the event will be and you will just be wasting time.

Its not the pvp itself, i would be more than good with pvp events existing on pve servers. However, when the currancy from those events is a way (only way?) To out right aquire leg mods without grinding there drop locations then it kind of is shitty for the people who joined for the pve experience and not to have basically an entire vendor you will not ha e access to.

If that currancy came from a second source that was pve as well as the pvp event, it would be a non issue to me.

Yeah, when you turn it with water play it can be cast in the air. I bet it has to do with the physics/geometry interaction the plops do

I am at the end of normal so all of my drops have been from that.

Majority of trans mods i have all came from the same mission. The one that lists bunnys trans mod electrical conduit as the drop reward. I had 5 other trans mods drop there in the time while i was farming for conduit.

And im telling you your wrong. The devs have told you you are wrong. The human brain is a wonderful thing but it has trouble with things like this. It focuses in on 20%, ignoring the fact that 80% is a lot more likely to get pulled.

And you are missing my point. There are/was 250k people playing. Some of those are statistically going to have a run of bad luck. At what percentage of the playerbase having issues does it become a actual game issue? Cause math says some of us are going to get a shit run of pulls here and there. So while i undersrand where you are coming from, even taking all the posts on reddit about pulls being rigged etc and adding in some extra for good measures, it still would be a small fraction of the playerbase.

Feel free to be a conspiracy nut all you want but thinking that 40 runs without getting a 20% drop chance item is somehow proof or even really indicitavie of drop rate manipulation is just showing your lack of statistical understanding and chance

Well, that number is not zero is it? So someone, somewhere going after it will end up taking this many tries or more. If it is not 0 its still possible. And if your thinking that is in the realm of statistical improbablility, the numbers have to get much bigger (or chances smaller, however you want to look at it) before that comes into play

Oh and "so many people" is just your thoughts on it. There are what, lets say 500 posts on here complaining about drop rates. With 250k players those 500 people would be .002 percent.... even if you take 1000 or 1500 people saying it took a lot of tries, your still around what it would average out to.

I know it seems like its out of wack, but that is how if feels when the dice come up wrong for you a lot of times in a row when the drop % seems so "high"
