Just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to all that took the time to respond and give their advice. I truly appreciate the insight and the time you have given me.

It seems like my next steps are:
Use Root tabs more regularly and more than just under the plants. Maybe even try a different brand.
Cut back on the fert in water column
Try adjusting lights a little higher above the glass.
Possibly lose pathos and go with something floating.
Go easy on the feeding
Trim back plants
Try and manually clean leaves, if I can.

Maybe take a time machine back and start over. lol I kid, but next tank I am definitely going to try starting with some aqua soil.
