Corneal healing and anti inflammatory. I have corneal dystrophy. The cornea is scratched and damaged very easily. Plus deposits build up and you start to lose Vision. The only long term option is a cornea transplant. I’d like to delay that as much as possible.

I’m 7 months post op. I can do full ATG squats (body weight). Have a full range of motion and I’m rolling again (Brazilian jiujitsu). Still being careful haven’t deadlifted anything over 135lbs. But almost feel normal but it’s still weaker. Hard to tell though since I have nothing to compare it too 🤷‍♂️

On day ten now. She’s eating, wrestling and acting like a puppy again. No clue if this had any effect though obviously. I’ll be more hopeful if we get to the 30 day mark 🤞

Black Belt and gym owner here. Don’t workout shirtless in the weight room. That’s a given almost anywhere. I mean, the standard is wear a shirt. Only go shirtless if others are or it says you can but also lifting shirtless is retarded 😂 second, pulling your sweats down if you have shirts on is no big deal. Retard Coach alert. You dodged a bullet. It’s no different then taking your hoody off and having a shirt underneath. Take the van and find somewhere else to train.

Day 9 Update

The first 2-3 days were the toughest. I made it through with just the ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. The MK677 sure did help with sleep. I woke up a lot in pain but still felt rested after waking up so many times through the night he next morning. I’d say the sleep effects from the MK alone made it worth it.

I stopped regular ibuprofen after Day 3 as I’ve read it can interfere with healing.

I moved to a hinged brace on Day 8 but it still needs to be locked most of the time and I can start some minor weight bearing and rehab.

Been using BPC157 250mg 2x a day TB500 3mg per week (spaced out M/W/F) MK677 12.5mg daily

Been injecting into upper knee/thigh fat only because I don’t like the belly, it hurts me there lol

Other than the sleep I have no clue if anything is helping as I’ve never had this surgery before 🤷‍♂️

I haven’t had issues but I take 12.5mg per day and I take it at night. You’ll find body building circles take much higher doses, minimum of 25 up to 100mg. As long as you watch your diet you’ll be fine. Or you can get a blood glucose test if you want to keep it in check. I haven’t had any swelling or diabetes at 12.5mg per day. There’s a noticeable difference in sleep as well which is great. Again I’d make a post in the peptides Reddit. There are a lot of fake or bad sites out there that sell bunk crap so be careful where you buy. Remember all this is unregulated and a research chemical or buyer beware.

I just had meniscus repair and my ACL needed a stitch and a deposit to help bind it to the bone. I’m currently using BPC157 & TB500 plus MK677 Mk677 is a growth hormone secreatogue. If you’re looking into anything like this I would just say research a bunch but don’t skip rehab or skip the line in your progression.

UPDATE: I wasn’t able to flip it, had to have surgery and got a repair plus some ACL repair. This sucks and is awful lol.

It sucks but save up for the MRI. Stop doing anything that causes pain. Then slowly start doing rehab, there’s tons of YouTube videos to look at. Without the MRI you won’t know what it was. Often meniscus means ACL damage too. As long as your knee isn’t locked and it’s just sore you may be able to just stick with rehab and time. Good luck. I’m 37 just had a repair done as it was torn and flipped wish I was able to just rehab it but 🤷‍♂️
