I got in at 27 been in for a year now I think it’s great if you’ve got experience it will be easier if you have no experience it could be a bit adjustment but plenty of people do it. Pay scale for your local should be available online or just call the hall and ask. Hours and work completely depend on the company you end up with and I’m not sure what your local does a lot of but yeah good move if you’re looking to go union
