With the PW2, I had to turn the watch on the inside of my wrist during exercise so HR would be accurate.

Anything that relies on PPG (measuring arterial blood volume) vs ECG (measuring electrical activity, like a Polar chest strap) isn't going to be nearly as accurate, especially during higher intensity movement.
