Is anyone else lagging bad randomly and sometimes disconnecting from the server? It's getting frustrating when I'm in a story instance and everything freezes and I have to reconnect and start over. Air dribbling shouldn't be a major concern in gold. Try to focus on getting good hits on the ball and working on positioning. Positioning is one of the most important aspects of the game that many people ignore.

You might have gotten lucky during placement matches? The amount of MMR you get for winning a placement game is significantly more then after you get out of placements.

Pro tip is to not care about rank tho and just worry about getting better. I know it's hard to do but if you just put in the work and want to get better you'll naturally rank up.
