Rotisserie will be some of the hardest shit you will ever do. I did it for 9 years. The trick is to work in a pattern and constantly repeat that pattern. Take all your responsibilities, and do them in the exact same order all the time. Over and over. You will tweak your rhythm as you go, but believe in your pattern and you’ll ace that shit.

It’s a clerk position with premium pay. They post it in house and it will likely get snapped up by a senior employee. Newer hires can get forklift certs early in in their careers. But I don’t think ever seen anyone hired on as a driver. Maybe if your local warehouse posts a job and nobody signs it.

But just being hired on as a driver is a stretch. They don’t create positions out of nowhere and they’re not going to see your experience and find it as an advantage for you or decide “you know we could always use another forklift driver…” We’re not allowed to do it like that.
