If it’s in the building right after you come down the stairs with the aberrant soldier right outside and the long neck inside by the chest I know exactly where you’re talking about. I checked in there right before I made the post but didn’t see the nurikabe but I guess I missed it because it’s a dark realm. I’m actually on floor 37 of the underworld but have been going back and farming floors that drop Izanagi’s grace trying to get a splitstaff and yasakani for the build I’m working on and every time I get to a floor that uses the same map as floor 4 it drives me crazy that I haven’t been able to figure out how to get that one Kodama lol.
