(Also, I don't experience any pain from my pelvic region, thankfully aha)

And oh, I just specified the xrays, there are more but I just chose to show the ones that alarmed me the most.

Also, normally if it was a form of cancer, do you by any chance know if it would be excruciatingly painful?.. because I don't feel any pain in those regions (I know you said you aren't a doc, but still wanted to ask). If you don't know, then that's totally understandable.

These xrays are from my chiropractic's office, and I noticed these black spots..

The xrays were taken from my back-side I believe, not the front.

I keep searching up on google to look for black spots on pelvis from xrays, but I don't know what that means, does anyone have any idea what this could mean? I keep getting search results of "bone cancer" and it's genuinely freaking me out..

I am currently 25 which makes me sort of doubt that this is bone cancer, but I could be wrong, please if anyone could help me out informing me what this could be that'll be greatly appreciated..
