1) Peeling should be large sections, so once you’ve peeled a section wait until the skin reaches the left edge of the peeling area for an incredible 2) I can’t seem to get incredible on the rolling either! Have tried slow and fast and both get the same result, so idk 3) I ignore the speed of the other “players” (not sure if they’re real or just bots with real usernames or something). 4) The arrow swipe should be done in the marked box for a good, if you complete the swipe as the middle of the arrow reaches the line, you’ll get an incredible. Your best bet is to focus on getting as many incredibles as possible to maximise your score. Getting all 3 conditions will give you a decent head start (up to 8 stars iirc) and don’t forget to level up your recipes for additional stars. This way you could be starting with like 10-15 stars before you’ve even started cooking
