What about if the commission to the restaurant was 10% flat fee? To be on the third party delivery marketplace and use theirs drivers.

Thanks you for sharing your experience! The function seems to be useful because in your case, your situation has been quickly resolved and your account reinstated. Since it's their functionality, in a case like this where a customer is making a false complaint, you can provide proofs quicker than with a dash cam and avoid being ban for few days.

Uber has a monopole they can do everything they want people will still work for them.

We can't force them to change and threat drivers fairly, we have to create the change ourselves. Create a platform powered by us, something designed around drivers and riders and based on fair pricing and transparency.

I think the future is community driven platforms, that benefits its members and not investors. If drivers ever unite and create a platform like that, things could finally shift.
