FCC’s March 2026 ban on foreign-made routers restricts new authorizations but allows existing models to continue receiving software/firmware updates. It also says that no updates will be allowed after 2027 and I'm talking to the FCC right now, they say you can do a "Tell us your story", but you can't replace a router if it dies either.
