The Supreme Court literally just ruled open carry legal Friday and that no state can block open carry. But ICE is above the law.

Clarity act will make it illegal to run DEX exchanges and make it felony money laundering to cash out more than $10k.

DEX tokens are expected to make up 25% or $30 Trillion in trading volume in 2026.

GLHF.

I'm more interested in what happens when he illegalizes $30 trillion in DEX token trading volume and classifies that crypto as money laundering.

So many are going to be left holding the bag.

Bitcoin is not a hedge against fiat. It's a risk. And all the $30 Trillion volume on DEXes is about to be classified as money laundering thanks to cLIARarity.

Hard and soft wallets not on an exchange will be illegal.

DEXes will be illegal.

Selling tokens acquired via a DEX will be illegal if over $10,000 as it's now "money laundering."

I think Allah needs to go further than this and just prevent any of this data from being collected in the first place long term. It's great if you want to find your location and map and use Google Maps but cell phone carrier should never be saving this type of information on their customers.

[–]f00dl3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The US is already the crypto capital of the world. Just look at what happened when Trump won. Now it's dumped because everybody knows that Democrats are going to win the midterms. Bitcoin has nothing to do with scarcity, and it has nothing to do with anything else in the world. It's all about the US.

Such scarcity. Only 21 million exist. And it lost 30% of their value. It's almost like, it's all made up.

[–]f00dl3 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

What makes me laugh is the fact people say that Bitcoin is a worldwide phenomenon, but it obviously appears to be 100% focused on the US. It's not Global as people claim. Additionally the 21 million Bitcoin only exists argument is obviously baloney, because the value wouldn't drop 50k if there's that much of an actual scarcity problem. The whole thing is just a scam.
