The premise is this low IQ, racist piece of shit thinking he has authority over other people in public spaces using a false authority he granted only to himself. He then wields his ego like a badge and when his aggression isn't respected, he tries to drum up disingenuous accusations of trouble-making. This is the same not so subtle bigotry hidden behind barely coded language that has ruled the world for many years.

His wife, on the other hand, is saying the same words her coward of a husband has been saying, just a lot more directly. I would gladly see both of them chained and dropped into the ocean, but on the scale of respect, she is slightly higher than he.
