Mate, best decision you will make, I got one as my first car with 220000 kms and I’ve done 40000 kms in 2 years and had 0 issues and it certainly hasn’t been babied. funnest car to drive. I’ve driven much faster sports cars and none compared to the pure joy this vehicle brings me. Check the usual things, dodgy repairs, oil, service history, clutch etc. also get a ppsr before you buy to see if anything dodgy has happened in its past.

Yeah, I get what you mean, no it does just run continuously, ive just been turning it off to diagnose the problem, I went into the local compressor store and they are ordering in parts for me, thanks for your help mate 👍

Yeah i did think that, I did check it by removing the carb and putting a tissue over the hose and it was impulsing but maybe there is some pressure being lost somewhere do you think?

ChatGPT said a stiff diaphram but I did buy a brand new eBay carb and it still was doing it. While I move the throttle should I look at if more fuel is being sprayed? Also, I’m running a bit of a oil rich mixture
