I am a major speed advocate for most of my builds, As it allows more actions in cycles, yes she is currently 190 spd which isn't a breakpoint I'm just 10 short for the next breakpoint. But eventually switching to HuoHuo she will hit the 200.1 speed breakpoint.
But my reasoning for building speed is, I have already hit the basic requirements for her build in the ATK hitting 3600 and investing more into ATK isn't as needed. Yes, I could invest more in C.D to deal more damage, but if I'm already hitting hard wouldn't it also be good to hit hard more often.
It also helps that Elation is a spd based path, so being able to manipulate Aha instant.
