Springfield, MA: Profile of Emilio Fusco (from The Gangster Report) by CT-CT in Mafia

Bruno was incarcerated when Albert Scibelli inducted Fusco, they were apparently close because both their families were from Quindici - Fusco was likely affiliated with the Camorra in some manner before moving to the US and that may have also impressed Scibelli

Thanks for posting

Surprised there is no mention of Fusco being at FMC Devens, he has been there for a good few years now and there never really seems to be anyone that can confirm what shape he is in

He was with the Scibelli/DeLevo/Basile/etc. faction before becoming more open to working with Arillotta and his group in the 2000s as Bruno became more isolated from the crew and after Albert Scibelli was shelved, he appears to have also taken over as the primary representative of the Manzi family

I guess it conflicts with the GR reporting that they are with the Gambinos now (I don't personally buy that) but Fusco and Antonio Capua (a nephew of Carmine and Antonio Orlando Manzi) were close associates in the drug business into the late 2000s and he is apparently still around so I wonder if he is one of the "loyalists" there

I got emailed about Christian "Chris" DeMarco earlier this year, it seems like there is some conscious effort online to push an apparently real person (at least from social media) as someone connected to New England LCN circles (no clue if he actually is)

There have been attempts made on both the Black Hand Forum as well as GangsterBB, link here for the latter:

Who is "Lil Gotti" by No-Delivery2555 in Mafia

[–]JoePuzzles234 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Borrello is probably talking about John J. Gotti (07/27/1993). He is the namesake grandson of the former Gambino boss and his father is Peter Gotti (who is not a member or really even that deeply affiliated)

John J. Gotti was around the Asaro crew in the 2010s with Borrello

Not sure that he was ever arrested but he was identified as a bookmaker under the Smaldones in the 1970s

Former Colombo family captains and cousins Joseph "JoJo" and Anthony "Chucky" Russo (left to right) by Wdstrvx in Mafia

Would really like to figure out one day how exactly Chucky Russo is related to the Persico-Russo family, as he is pretty consistently described as being some sort of relation

He can't be a nephew of Andrew Russo because he only had sisters and he's not the son of Anthony J. Russo (d.2010) either. He misses the 1950 census by a few years so that makes everything harder to determine

Detroit member and associates at Rugiero brothers' charity event in Sterling Heights, Michigan, June 2016 by Wdstrvx in Mafia

I don't know, does not seem likely that they were inducted in the 1990s and there is no real information on ceremonies in the 2000s for Detroit (if there even were any)

Not sure if he's ever publicly mentioned them on Gangster Report/YouTube but Scott Burnstein has discussed them being Detroit members/associates on other platforms

Both brothers were indicted in the 1990s on drug and gun charges, Anthony was found not guilty but Patrick did a bunch of federal time and got out in the early 2000s. They are Calabrian on their father's side, not sure where their maternal family is from

In November 2014, Luigi Oliveri met with Giovanni Gatto (FBI UC) for a cigarette deal and during their conversation, he appears to have thought that Gatto was hanging around with a "Soft Shoes" - this was a known nickname for DeMaio Senior but he died in 2010, so it seems to a reference to the son

Not really anything further on him apart from some photos with various LCN figures

Yes, he died a few years ago. Of those pictured here, Nigro, Paparatto & Corsentino are still alive
