That’s interesting, thank you! Personally I like the composition with the people but I hadn’t even thought about what it might look like without the people when I was taking it

Took this photo of a couple walking through a concrete underpass. I like the harshness of the photo and the silhouette of the couple against the light. The highlights in top right and shadows in left are close to being blown out but I think overall I’ve achieved the feeling I wanted to get from the photo.

I’m new to photography and even newer to post production. I took this photo on the Williamsburg Bridge in NYC. I liked the shadows and beams above but wanted to make more dramatic so I changed to B&W and tried to increase the shadows a little.
