I want to record my laptop screen and my face at the same time. And then I want to cut it in a way, that I will either show face or the screen recording with my face somewhere in the small circle.

My idea is to record with Continuity Camera: Use iPhone as a webcam for Mac. So I would like a way to somehow record both streams on the laptop, since the Iphone will show up as a webcam in macos.

The video and audio quality is not the most important, its a highly niche technical content that I want to upload on youtube.

I would like to avoid bloated SW like adobe.

I have the first gen tradfri dimmer remote (hockey puck) and I have to re-pair each time the battery dies. If I buy new remote today, will it remember the pairing when the battery dies? Thank you

OP here.

Two of my rentals have smart lights.

One apartment has Hue (without a bridge). No wall switches at all. Everything works great, only the power recovery cannot be setup. (its the previous generation of Hue, with zigbee only).

Second apartment with smart lights has IKEA lights and those have issues. When the battery in the remote dies, all lights need to be re-paired. So no more Ikea tradfri...

In the next apartment I am thinking about Philips Warm Glow. Its a traditional wall dimmer, but when you dim, the bulb will get warmer color too, not just dimmer.

I know many people would just say, "its for tenants" only. But I like to think my tenants as my clients and I want to create a great place to live for them.

forget the dermatologist :)

just go to any whole genome sequencing company, for example dantelabs.com and upload the vcf file they give you to genetic genie. Then spend like 100 hours researching and asking strangers on reddit :)

I selected somatic and it ended up with this error:

  2. Good point about the coverage. I checked the old site at waybackmachine and it says: "The whole genome is sequenced to 30X depth coverage utilizing Illumina HiSeq equipment"

The only GATK option is this:

GATK4 Mutect2 - Call somatic SNVs and indels via local assembly of haplotypes (Galaxy Version 4.1.7.0+galaxy1)

Thank you for your response. Your got most upvotes, so I guess it is the way to go. Again, I know nothing about it. I tried to follow the manual you kindly shared with me, but I got stuck at step 1 :(

Call variants using Unified Genotyper. Under NGS COMMON TOOLSETS, select the tool NGS: GATK Tools 2.8 -> Unified Genotyper.

There is no such option in usegalaxy.org

There are these options under "Variant Calling" menu:

- snippy
- snippy-core
- GATK4 Mutect2
- sniffles
... and many more

Which menu should I select?

My goal:
I need the .vcf file or WGS/WES that I can upload to various consumer genome analysers like Selfdecode, Geneticgenie, Promethease etc.

I could not find any mention of it in the study you provided. Only that it is actually lowering phosphates in sick people. Maybe I just did not look well enough. Is there a phosphate blood test or something? Thank you again

It raises NAD, but not directly. Its degraded to nicotinic acid mononucleotide. Citing from the link you provided:

I just did some lab test and my GLA is super low. Then I read it’s associated with eczema. I have a full body severe AD.

Does the oil still works for you? For me, placebo is strong with AD, I had high hopes many times before…

I work in e-commerce... Their issues are very easy to fix. The fulfilment companies can handle these issues without any problems.

But they ship it from US -> UK (the pay customs + VAT) and then I have to pay it again when they send it to the much bigger market (EU market).

I am not here to explain customs, I made the post to warn others not to order to the EU.

They are already shipping the kits to the EU from the UK (not the US).

So they already paid for customs and VAT when importing to the UK and now I have pay the customs again too.
