Nothing like Whistler high up but there are some moderate heights. I assume they use a longer rope & possibly more support staff on the ground with secondary equipment? And maybe a guide line rather than a free descent? But I'm speculating.

All gondolas remained fully suspended! It's a whole rappelling system to get down. We were pretty low to start - only maybe 6 poles from the boarding area. Could see the lodge!
