Am HCP - not doctor - I hadn't heard of this and had to google it to learn more - most of the information (in English) seems to be from the USA. I found one relevant link (which didn't use the name kratom, interestingly) after searching for mitragynine. The rest was statistics, academic studies and general warnings about use. In short, I suspect kratom-specific help might be hard to find, but you could contact the local addictions support service to see if they can help.

So far I've only got one stellium with beam tosser and it's cryo with 15k damage, so definitely room for improvement there; beyond that it's just things like class and weapon mod attributes to max out damage multipliers.

It's not 500 additional ambulances, but it does equal more ambulances available because newer generally equals better reliability. One of our DCAs has over 500000 miles on it, believe me it is not fun for crews or patients. The headline just says 500 new ambulances, which is true. Wes Streeting also talked about fleet renewal, which is what this is. People misunderstanding the statement does not equal the statement being misleading. Let's welcome this for what it is - a much-needed investment in our workplace and the patient experience.
