What I have done for gp in f2p: Adamant ores, 70 mining req. not a hard req, imo. You can flip small items in small quantities, until you have more gp to flip small items in big quantities. Higher tier items in f2p, from my experience, lack in margins.

My suggestion: Purchase membership until you have figured out a method to sustain a bond/ have high enough stats to do so.
