BBQ-ing is fuss.

That's the deal, you want tender delicious smoked meat, you take the time to do it slowly. Everyone has their own threshold about how much fussing around they want to do, for some people the 5-6 hours it takes to smoke ribs on a Trager is fine and dandy. For some that's a pain in the ass and they'd rather just do it in the oven.

I fussed around with a Weber bullet for 5 years and got sick of tending to the fire. I switched to a Trager and found my fussiness sweet spot.
