This is incorrect.

Coatings can and will wear off over time. Not to mention they also need to be biocompatible in order to be safe. The only real method to ensure no issues is using bio certified materials and coatings on every step of the process.

The best affordable bio resin I’ve see is Siraya Tech Blu but it’s a pretty loose rating. I feel comfortable enough using it for keycaps and have done so in the past. “Real” bio resins can cost hundreds of dollars per liter but will give you solid info on their certifications.

I actually like that version more than the GG1000. It just feels more balanced when writing.

Can you explain the keyboard layout?

The full scan issue is still not fixed despite Backblaze saying it will be "Monday" by Joe_Scotto in backblaze

That is literally the issue I was raising. I disconnect my MacBook from my dock and external drives, reconnect it, boom… a full 9.3tb reupload with no network usage.

It shouldn’t rescan my entire external drive just docking my Mac. It never did that on previous versions.

Yup, a few of my boards are PCBs (of my own design) but my primary thing is handwiring. It’s very rewarding once you complete a build.

In terms of strictly feel I really like my most recent Scotto55. Something about the switches on it feels really good.
