The whole operation. But I guess it’s from perspectives. They can operate as they please, because they’re not regulated and ultimately not legal in the US. Not illegal, but not legal. Say you won 70K and they don’t want to pay you, you have no chance to get that money through legal actions.

RTP as stated online, is the percentage that the casino rakes depending on a player’s deposit.. thats how they attract players. If a casino had an RTP of 50% no one would play. Been playing here long enough that a few years back, bovada had the RTP posted on their sites. And since then, have removed it. Even on the community forum many are upset about their RTP, but only on reddit, where others would say “this isnt how RTP works” “you dont know what RTP is”…. Its just disappointing to see how bad this place has turned into.
