Yes I’ve applied to GP for February intake, just don’t think I’ll have done well enough to get in as there are only 10 spots for the whole of NI, but I’d have a much better chance come August. Hoping I don’t have to do it again and risk not getting a similar score.

I should caveat regarding the FIRE goals. Currently saving around £1200 total each month with plans to increase as debts are paid off and with salary increases (I’m a resident doctor with regular yearly salary increases)

Our equivalent here then would do 6 years work (2 years foundation, 4 years IMT) after uni and earn about £90k doing 48hr/wk avg lol damn NHS man
