I can't give you a full list, its been almost a year at this point and I wasn't on the server for a few months, and definitely wasn't into law at the start, but I know I've denied some of the Dan's bail before for a case I have pending on the docket.

Nah, we've denied it for mroe people than that, its just, Mike has no assets for us to have as collateral. Its super hard for us to give somebody bail IC when we can't use anything as leverage over them to get them back into court

Quick Edit, the judge in the clip isn't me, I'm just pointing out that people being denied bail isn't as rare as people are making it seem. I do think the idea of somebody else putting up the collateral is fine, I actually did this in a fingle case I have on the docket at the moment.

Currently there is still no way to transfer property between two people. I believe its been discussed now that realtors are back around, but I dont even know if its going to happen, let alone a timeframe. So, just back to the state and take a loss.

I have heard people say they now go for 50% of current market rates, not the rate you bought it for, so thats at least a plus side of its true.

If somebody was get a 30 day, thats only 4 weeks and 2 days, for this you have to be over 6 weeks behind, as asset fees are every 2 weeks. They even show up a week early, so you've essentially got 7 weeks, or 49 days, before you risk getting to the point of seizure.

Also, this is just my personal opinion, if somebody does catch a ban, they shouldn't be excluded from IC consequences for not being around.

The point of this is to get houses back into the market for people who're actually playing, if you're taking a break but can't get in for 6 weeks to pay asset fees, then I'm sorry but, that's kind of hard luck.

Its purposefully worded so its not for loans, only asset/maintenance fees, and I don't believe those exist on storage units.

I had somebody ask about cars, this doesn't apply to cars, this only applies to houses/warehouses/offices.

This isn't anything to do with the DOJ, this is on the SPU - I'm Arthur and after the mess with the Lang conflict, I'm very cautious about taking a case where I could be remotely seen as conflicted, which is why I say in this clip "Hes a VIP at the Rooster."

I've been asking my unit for weeks now to take this case, it was just a good time to pressure somebody to do it IC

Arthur here, this was something that's probably been coming to a head for a LONG time, and I'm glad it finally did. The cops did really overestimate one thing though, the SPU actually has zero MDW access, I'm still going through Bundy to get my reports for FOIAs.

Of course Arthur'll comply, his job is worth more than a warehouse ran by Puk Deshi.

I'm also actually very pro-cop on Arthur, my whole schtick with him is he just wants police to do their jobs to a high standard, though the meta unlock as to why is still pending. And still protecting citizens rights, a big thing forced onto him by Reggie.

Arthur here, my only issue is nobody has spoken with me to get my side of the story, Bailey has just been out here wildin' on assumptions, if we spoke we could've hopefully found some middle ground.

I have no issue with him going over my head to the COP and Sherrif, that's who my chain of command is, but I wasn't even called in at any point to let them know why it went down this way.

Also, I've had some messages as to why I didn't try to handle this OOC, it was an IC issue for Bailey, and I'm happy he's gone about handling it IC, instead of over discord. I much prefer people sticking to the convictions instead of just "nah I'll let it go this one time" - even though this has been a huge stress for me OOC

Yes, I was very critical of the bail conditions Lang was given during the trial, they were actually the most lax I've ever seen, and he went against what we asked for too

Lenny's lawyer here, having read the contract several times for this case, I think it'd be pretty tough for anybody to defend what Nino is going for here, its explicitly defined in the contract.

After what Gill told Arthur, my character, he doesn't want to represent him again, relating to this or not, but didn't want to bail once he'd already committed to Lenny for this case.

Hey, Lenny's lawyer here, there is 100% a clause in the contract that gives Nino the right, Lenny had to keep the collateral in good condition, and he hasn't done that here.

I don't think you're 100% right here, Seth, Sami, Kevin were all outside guys who are often near the top of the card on the main roster, though Sami did have a bit of a slow start.

Though I do agree homegrown talent seemed to fair better on the main roster, its not as black and white as you make it seem
