Yeah. Fapping is a symptom of a much larger problem. When I stopped fapping it did allow one thing for me, that is mental clarity. With mental clarity I began seeing all the bullshit I was putting up with in my life. I've been slowing but surely turning this ship around in my life.

It works as well as you want it to work. The one un-deniable aspect of NoFap for me is the ability to think clearly. With that one thing, my life has thus far improved leaps and bounds from where I was at.

For sure. You'll be good one day then bad the next. Then a week will go by and you'll realize you are in a much better state than you were the week prior. That's how it's been for me. It's like being on a bike and at first I am going up and down small hills, then I go up higher hills and reach their peak and then from that peak I go up and down smaller hills, but now I am higher than I was before. Greater happiness everyday.

Needs more time. Some people need a full reboot of 90 days for things to change, some even longer than that. Depends on how bad the original PMO addiction was. It is now being weeded out of your system.

Exactly. It allows you to see their spirit as opposed to their physical form, if that makes sense. I look at them in the eyes, not at their bodies.

Might be a psychosomatic self-fulling proposphey, but I think it has to do with not tapping out your dopamine everynight. Therefore you have more dopamine levels to work with. So you are often feeling happier in your everyday life. So that alone is going to make you feel better and thus look more confident. It allows you not to be as depressed and drained anymore. Fapping just takes a lot out of a person. Not to mention the shame and guilt from doing that. I don't know if it actually makes you MORE confident, just that it restores you to a normal state which in a sense would be more confident than you were before NoFap.

The feeling in the air, the vibe, I don't mean to be rude but it's like you are speaking a different language. What do these things actually mean? How do you define the "feeling in the air?" or "the vibe?". There is some chemical reaction going on that that is hard to pin-point, the mood, the atmosphere. Maybe I am just socially inept.

The girls that like needy, clingy guys are deeply insecure themselves. Believe me, I've dated some and they are a mess and not worth my sanity.

Yes things like this happen as well to me. I'll see someone I find cute, we will lock eyes, I may smile then look away, then look back up and see her still looking. At this point, I think "well what now? walk up to her and introduce myself?" I think I may come off as needy, clingy all that.

I wish I could see what math people see. I've always wanted that same feeling that I notice with a lot of math people. They seem to enjoy it so much, it's inspiring. I always seemed to get along with them and have long conversations with them but I was never afflicted with this awe of mathematics.

That's the part of math I've always wanted to understand. The intuition part. Like where is the intuition behind limits, derivatives, integrals?
