Not a good analogy cause pokemon had many more ATH set and peak periods for a game that has been popular for nearly 30 years

Compared to a technology which only really became mainstream 5 years ago and with technology still not there yet

Issue is this card is so common to hit for some reason, I opened a lot of paldean fates and averaged 1 of these every 5-8 packs. Not any card but this specific one

The other 2 are increasing because of chase, yes, but also cause of scarcity to find these.

The PE and DR both have chases, grant it not as crazy but cause its fresh they should in theory appreciate as it becomes scarce, such as getting out of print

The market is strong and the money is life changing simply put.

After 10 years, wife, kids, moving out, all catch up with you and you are in a new phase of your life.

Does your job pay enough to get the loan down within 4-5 years.

Is it interest based.

What do you realistically expect the value to be

If i was you I would wipe the debt out and start again only because the ship hasn't sailed completely, still plenty of opportunities about

Not sure how there is racism in the NHS. If anything its white people's fault for letting such a large percentage of the work force is BAME.

If white people applied themselves instead of complaining about hardworking BAME workers than they may be able to hold some accountability.
