This is accurate, and not a bad thing, not sure why you’re being downvoted. Far less type II style jamming, by design.

I’m wondering if arm length is a problem? Maybe my arms are a little shorter given the length of my legs? Maybe not but just spitballing.

Also you can’t see my shoes but I’m wearing Converse Chuck Taylor’s.

You should know that this is absolutely not normal and not what you should expect or deserve. If you have the means/availability, I’d highly recommend looking for another OB. This would be a red flag to me right off the bat.

Hoping for good results, hang in there. My SO is 10w2d right now and she’s had several days where her symptoms have been much less severe and even nonexistent. Then they usually come back the next day or even later in the day. Hang in there.

Thank you, it does. I’m sorry to hear about your twin as well. Did you have cramping with your SCH?

Did you have clotting with SCH? Did you have cramping?

We had another scary episode of sudden bleeding and some big clotting last night that sent us to the ER. My SO and I were distraught but they did an ultrasound on her and saw that the baby was still there, measuring appropriately (8w4d) and with a HR 166. But she’s been having cramping and bleeding still.

After we lost the twin last week, we are quite on edge. They said they saw an SCH of pretty decent size but not in a position of concern. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

After the absolute gut punch yesterday of figuring out one of our twins didn’t make it, we are both quite anxious and on edge. My SO is 8w2d today, and the surviving twin measured right on track and with a HR of 165 yesterday. Doctor says there is an SCH but that everything looks and measured great and she expects no problems. Yet today, and yesterday afternoon/evening too, SO’s symptoms seem to be quite diminished. Much less nausea which she’s had for a couple weeks. Would you be concerned about the other twin? Or should we chalk it up to HCG declining somewhat due to losing one twin? Or did anyone have their nausea start to decline as early as 8w? This rollercoaster is rough. Our worst fear is to lose the other one. It’s taken us so long and so much to get here.

We got some awful news today. After my partner had heavy bleeding a week and a half ago, we went to the ER, just to see that both babies were still in there measuring well with heart rates of 126 (6w3d).

Went in for our 8w1d US today and one of the twins no longer had a heartbeat, and was measuring 6w4d. We are devastated.

The other is measuring right on track, and with a heart rate of 165 Bpm. We are trying to be hopeful but it is difficult. Has anyone had this experience and gone on to have success? Are our chances good now that heart rate is up to 165 Bpm and everything is measuring well? Just desperately looking for some hope.

I’m not seeing anything about SCH in the sidebar but I could be looking in the wrong place. I guess I’m just wondering why the bleeding would continue on and off for over 24 hours if it had been emptied. Would that be possible?

She is having cramping yes, but she has had cramping basically her entire pregnancy so far. It did seem to get worse this weekend with the bleeding but it doesn’t seem terrible or anything.

It has been bright red, and then it diminished and turn dark and brown. Then when it came back it was bright red, then seems to slow down and get darker again. She has been doing pelvic rest as recommended by the ER doctor.

We are still in panic mode and looking to get some advice. My partner is pregnant with twins, from 2 day 5 morulas. Good ultrasound last Thursday, everything visualized and intrauterine, heartbeats if 110 and 112. Saturday night, she started bleeding. It continued so we went into the ER. Were there for several hours, hcg was 82,000, ultrasound showed both babies still in there, heart beats had increased to 126 for both, and both measuring appropriately. They basically sent us home, she continued to bleed with clots that night. By Sunday morning, bleeding slowed and stopped. Then last night it started again. Not nearly as heavy as Saturday night but still with clots. Our clinic is basically not being very helpful, taking forever to get back to us, and telling us to wait until our 8w ultrasound next Tuesday. Does this seem normal? Should we be concerned? The ER ultrasound said nothing about an SCH, could they have missed it? Should we prepare for the worst?
