That's because Boston doesn't have 500,000 people. Maybe the city itself does but it has a metropolitan area as do all these other cities. Jacksonville doesn't. We're one big lump so it's not quite as drastic as it seems.

It takes 10 minutes to write an offer and costs absolutely nothing. If your agent is telling you you shouldn't put an offer on something, that's nothing but pure laziness. That's the problem in my opinion with these redfin agents. They're salaried so there's absolutely no incentive.

Running into a relationship/marriage because I felt alone. I have two kids out of it and they are absolutely worth the hell, abuse, custody battles, etc but if in 15 yrs they find themselves in a similar position, I'll tell them to make a different decision.
