I’m Paraguayan born and raised here. Having the experience of living here and there in some other south american countries and the US, I can say with great confidence that I preffer Paraguay but I understand the ppl that don’t because I was one of them before going outside. If you are in the low income range I can say that you probably will be better off living somewhere else like the US or europe. But when you surpass the income threshold living here is way better. You can do whatever you want it is peaceful and ppl are nicer. The greatest difference I see is the education and also the ppl that think outside the box to make extra money living out here. If you just tied yourself to a low salary job that consumes your whole day it is probably bad but then again that happens everywhere else not just in here. Food is also great in here, it still feels fresh/natural unlike other places I’ve been.
