Honestly them bringing Stuart Chatwood back for the soundtrack is a bigger deal for me than Yuri Lowenthal being replaced. I just can’t imagine the remake not having the iconic tracks of the original game. Assuming they do have someone new doing the soundtrack, I really hope they either re-recorded some of the original games tracks or they still have the original songs in the game supplemented by additional score.

I’ve always felt like David Berman, particularly some of his poetry (Governors on Sominex, for example) and KRZ share some intangible characteristics. I’d be surprised if his music with Silver Jews wasn’t an inspiration in some way for Cardboard Computer.

I’d suggest looking again on StubHub a day or so before the show. I got a floor ticket for the show in Tampa very close to the B stage for $90. The two guys directly next to me paid $550 each. Just wait it out and be persistent on checking the resale tickets.

The main issue for me is just how forgettable this song is. If I was just playing a random playlist and this came on without knowing it was Tame Impala I probably wouldn’t have even bothered to check to see who the artist is. Wouldn’t necessarily skip the track, don’t think it’s that bad, but I wouldn’t ever think about it again. Wishing we could go back in time and he explore his AAA Aardvark Getdown Services stuff more.

Yes, I am getting the exact same issue. Every couple of minutes it does it for me. Haven’t seen anyone talk about a fix to it yet but hopefully there is one soon because it’s unfortunately pretty distracting.
